@indi825 Hi My-Linh, I’m super sorry about this. I got home on Tuesday evening and took it to USPS yesterday morning. It should’ve been scanned in by now. I’m not sure what’s happening, but I’m going to USPS tonight so I’ll ask them and see if there’s a delay due to what’s going on. Please stand by. I’m really sorry for the delay and I completely understand your frustration, especially given your patience. :(

@indi825 Hey My-linh. I wanted to let you know that I was really bummed and sad to see your 3 star rating. You totally have a right to leave whatever rating you want, but I really wanted you to be happy. I knew I was stuck in Ireland for the week and I sent the keychain ASAP when I got home, but post offices are really stretched with lower staff & tons of e-commerce orders. I really, really appreciated your understanding with my travel interruption. But I didn’t know that you’d be so unhappy.

@indi825 I am really sorry for the shipping delay. I would gladly have cancelled your order before sending to make you happier as a customer. With everything that’s going on, it’s hard to come and see a 3-star rating when I made such an effort to communicate at every turn despite challenging circumstances. Would you consider changing your rating, or helping me understand what I could’ve done better? 💛

@kbz1988 I was patient about the whole situation but you said you’d mail it as soon as you get home Monday but it was a few days after that and you still hadn’t send it. I know mailing stuff out aren’t that crazy right now because I’ve sent quite a few things during these times and it was pretty easy. I thought 3 star is average. 4 is above average and 5 is excellent. I wouldn’t consider this above average. I’m sorry.

@indi825 I said I’d be home Tuesday, and shipped it out Wednesday morning. It wasn’t scanned in for 1 day because of COVID19 staffing shortages and you gave a 3-star rating.
I find that to be sad. 🥀 When you alerted me to the delay, I apologized and even went to go dig with the post office. I do simply hope that you’re treating others with more grace during this pandemic.
