Hi Nadine! I don't know what the process for this is but I just noticed a slight marking on the dress you just bought from me. It was in storage and I washed it to get it ready for you but the mark is still there. I'd like to send you a photo so you can see if you still want it, otherwise I'm sure I can issue you a refund somehow. I'm so sorry!
