perfectforu @cjlee83 Hi Clarissa. Thank you for reaching out. I have received the bag. I have been really torn about what to do. I don’t want to cause any one any kind of problem. This community relies heavily on complete disclosure and trust on both ends of any exchange, and I have to admit I feel that the condition of the bag was not fully disclosed. I realize that everyone’s idea of “used” condition is probably different, however there are things about the bag that you chose to not disclose.

perfectforu Upon looking again at photos - these things were left out of the photos as well. (I checked in case I had been remiss in noticing). The corners of the bag are definitely not as described - and my problem with that is it should have been disclosed. Excellent Used Condition in my mind is different. I don’t need to describe the corners to you, because you already know.

perfectforu This is in no way trying to leave bad feedback - I just wanted to give you and I an opportunity to come to a resolution without involving any one else. I would have been able to weigh for myself if the bag was still worth it to me knowing the condition of the bag in its entirety. It’s not what I expected from photos that represented the bag. What do you think we should do?

cjlee83 @perfectforu oh wow, I didn't realize that there was an issue. Honestly, I try to be completely transparent in my listings about any flaws in the items. This is my first time having someone unhappy with their purchase. This handbag beloved to my mother and I was selling on her behalf. I was not aware of any issues with the handbag but you are indicating issues with the corners? Are you able to take photographs to show me?

perfectforu @cjlee83 Clarissa I do understand. And since hearing from you- I do believe you. And I really appreciate your willingness to help. I actually have an incredible shoe cobbler who was able to help get most of the dirt lifted from the corners. Now it just shows the wear from age - which of course is only natural. I did actually try to “accept” the order so funds could be released to you.

perfectforu I guess with our case open it won’t let me do so. I would be happy to show you photos still if you like. I am new and don’t know how exactly I would send them. Between talking to you and getting some of the dirt lifted I’m fine to keep the bag like it is, and accept the order. I do appreciate your communication and hope this hasn’t been too much of a hassle. My goal was to resolve as a win win for both of us. I am sorry for the delay in response time, my work day just ended.

I'm happy to hear that the bag was cleaned and more to your liking. I think we just need to let Poshmark know that you'd like to keep the bag and release funds. I had sent them an email this morning but have not heard back.
