lallya I don’t want anyone to be unhappy with a purchase , but a seller on Poshmark is not able to issue a return . There is a window amount of time where a buyer can request a return via Poshmark support which has passed . I honestly never noticed any kind of tailoring issue with the pants and still really don’t understand what you are referring to by cut. Are you referring to how the material was cut or the cut as in fit ? Is this something visible on the inside of pants ?

lallya @demonsoro1 I contacted Poshmark support and told them that you are requesting a return . I am not sure how this works since I have never had any one request a return after the 3 day period. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.

demonsoro1 @lallya thank you so much for doing all this... it is my first return as well I received them yesterday because it was delivered to Morgan Stanley main desk then it takes time to receive it from there. And obviously the weekend I wasn’t there. This is the reason I really only now. Hopefully we will figure it out. I don’t mind to pay for return postage. Thank you again for all your help! And sorry!!!

lallya @demonsoro1 I can’t issue a return as a seller so that is why I contacted support . I am still confused by what you mean about the pants ? I never had them tailored . I looked the pants over and did not notice any flaws. I have pictures of the pants that are not posted in the app and the ends of the legs look completely normal . Is this on the inside of the pants ?

lallya @demonsoro1 I contacted Poshmark support and explained that you want to return the pants , but I can’t issue a return . I think you should contact them directly yourself . Is the hem loose ?

lallya All returns have to be processed and approved through Poshmark support . Sellers are not given that option .

frontcloset Hi there, I just got an email from Poshmark that they don’t do partial refunds, but they did approve your case to return it, so unfortunately you will either have to return it or keep it. They said you may also reach out Posh Support directly if you have questions.
