@handbagconnect yes USPS is annoying at this point with this "No Access" nonsense because I have a HOUSE. Whomever that does that is INCOMPETENT AND LAZY who doesn't want to deliver the mail and is a SUBSTITUTE. My normal mail lady of 12 years will deliver mail. I normally don't have issue with her

Hi, I contacted you last week regarding your bundle that was sitting in Chicago for almost 10 days. I opened a package inquiry online yesterday morning about the delay & was just notified that they attempted delivery tonight at 7:55 - no access to delivery location... supposedly they’ll try again tomorrow.... just wanted to let you know. At least the package is moving again! My guess is it’s just been sitting there all these days 🙄

Hi Nakia! Thank you for your order! I hope you are well and staying safe! I've been tracking your package and USPS has been attempting to deliver it since 8/18. They have a note they will attempt on 8/19 but there has not been any movement. You may want to check with your post office. The tracking number is 9405510202061226992306. I will continue to track until it's delivered but please let me know if there is anything additional I can do on my end.

@annettelorraine no they haven't lol whomever SUBSTITUTES they have are LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. They'll put down whatever when they don't want to deliver. I've checked on it and frankly I'm fed up with USPS they can never give concise answers

Sorry ... it sounds like you are having issue with multiple packages. That has to be frustrating. If it helps at all, when I opened the Service Request, I did get an email from a 'Deshonnette Richmond' from the Chicago post office saying they are investigating and will resolve the issue. Then I got an email saying it would be delivered and then hours later received the Alert notice that said they did attempt delivery but had 'no access'. Just passing all that along in case any of it helps.

No offense to anyone but this is COVID19 PANDEMIC going on right now they have made VERY CLEAR ON THE NEWS and it should also be COMMON SENSE that due to the pandemic unfortunately there will be DELAYS in mail and at times also unfortunately here I've had mail that was either "lost or stolen" despite saying "delivered". I track my own packages so stop typing on my wall about them to "update" me on them. I'd appreciate it. Stay safe 🙂

@kia_2u Hi i was looking at the tracking on your ugg sandals. It’s saying the post office tried to deliver them on 8/20 but couldn’t access the location. I’m not sure if the left a note or tried to redeliver but they may be at your post office. If you can please check with them.
