dayadesigns Hi! I’m the one that sells the buildings set. You mentioned you had a bad experience with knocks offs - do you mind sharing which ones? I only ask because I’m constantly sourcing more toys and would love to know which ones are no good!! Thank you!

nanapboateng Hi! Thank you so much for getting in touch. The bad ones I have had experience with are the stacking rainbows. It paid like $98 for it because I really wanted it for Christmas for my daughter and it was just horrible in quality. So I decided to simply go with Grimms moving forward. But you seem really nice, and I look forward to giving you my feedback once I receive the package

dayadesigns @nanapboateng oh the rainbows! Thank you for letting me know. Were they just really flimsy? Or badly stained? And that’s wayyy too much for a knock off. I sell some knock off rainbows but they are half the price.

dayadesigns @nanapboateng I don’t think my rainbows are as good as the Grimms for sure. That’s why they are so “cheap”. I’m hopeful you’ll like the buildings! I really do love them. You might see some color transfer on the tray, but that’s all I’ve seen. The color has lasted for us for a while now.

dayadesigns Since all the toys I buy are made in China, I personally tested them myself for lead. Each time I get a new style of toy in, I do the lead test. Because my kid is playing with them too! Just FYI because that’s a big concern with knock off toys.
