thecloset6 Not sure if you see the message u.der the issue itself so I'll leave it here. First accept my si cere apologies i was shocked.lools lile the wrong label was put on eavh package. i made posh aware of the issue.and the other young lady (hers is out for delivery) as soon as i recive each of your items back i will ship that day/nxt to you.again as this has never happened in assumi g its the best way to correct it unless pish suggest otherwise.i will be awaiti g your and pushes reply

thecloset6 I just want to make sure each of you is not inconvenienced and further.i can let the other buyer know as she said she could take cate of it asap as well. My concern is since you opened a case befor contacting me which I thought posh tecommends 1st so i may come up with a resolution both buyers are shipping outside the platform to one another is be compensating you both for the shipping but not being paid for the items.im not sure how this works as tjis is my first shipping error.

thecloset6 @nancy7106 you have to send it back to me .you opened a case befor contacting me 1st to fix the issue. posh approved it so it's like the transaction was never made.the other young lady was trying to help by sending directly to you and you to her to mot waste anymore time for either of you.so at this point posh says youll need to ship it back to me and decide if you want me to reship the case once I get it back.

AS promised i will either reship the actual item you wanted on me or you can decide you no longer want ot.when I recieve your case from the other buyer I will contact you and you let me know what your like me to do.thank you again!

thecloset6 @nancy7106 hi i revived your case today from the buyer.im not sure what to do next as the email I recieved from posh says once you've opened a case with them( now its closed) they will refund you once I recieve the returned item they will be refunding you. I emailed them just incase as that is confusing.if they are refunding you do I just repost the item and you decide if you want to purchase it again but I cover the shipping this time?
