edie_sedgwick @maidmarian Marian, I'm sorry. I told you the hat is way too small and that I'd like to return it. I thought I expressed that I felt bad and asked you how to proceed. You said it was up to me to file a return, so I went ahead and did that. I thought we were OK with that. I didn't say anything negative, just that it's too small and you told me you would accept a return. I thought it was pretty simple. I don't know what you mean by making it right in a different way. You didn't bring that up.

edie_sedgwick Marian, I have an old instagram never used. I dont know the password and it's not letting me reset it. Look, I thought I did everything right and Poshmark probably won't refund me anyway. I am really unhappy right now. I wasted money on a hat I can't use and I don't need all this frustration. I take care of my 89 yr old mother and I don't have time for this. I'll see what Posh says. Then I'm not buying clothes from PM anymore.

maidmarian @edie_sedgwick I don’t want you to feel like this! I completely understand. I also take care of my mom (87) lost my husband and brother & shopping should be fun and obviously this is not Nancy. Of course posh will allow the return, that’s why I invited them into the conversation!

maidmarian @edie_sedgwick I’ll say, if i haven’t already, Poshmark please allow the return or whatever the language has to be. Alternative is keep or donate the hat and see if you like anything else of similar value & I’ll send it to you. I just really suggest you open the case ~ I’m an honest person, also I care, and this should be made right.

edie_sedgwick Marian, everything is fine. PM explained why they won't approve the return and I'm OK with it. I just have to only buy things that can be returned. So, we're good, no problem. In the broad scheme of things, this is minor and I have learned from it. We're cool.
