Please send back the dress. It does not have tears or holes. It does not smell. My profit with the shipping discount is $13 so it is not much. The dress is a traditional Huipil from Oaxaca and costs a lot more since it is all handmade and gorgeous. I'll pay shipping costs for you to return it and you have not released the money.
