Hey Natalie! I will be going to my local post office to see if I’ll be able to figure out why your package has not been scanned/shipped on their end tomorrow morning. I will keep you posted! If the package has been lost, I’ll be sure to advise Poshmark to expedite your refund. SO sorry. This hasn’t ever happened before. Will be back in touch soon, take care!!💗

Good morning! Well, I am happy to report that the P.O. does show your order as processed/scanned - so not so sure why it is not updating on here... They show it as scanned on 6/2 at 5:30pm. (I was shown a printout) And told me they are experiencing delays due to covid. Thank you for your patience.

I know things can be wonky right now, not at all upset at you! it seems poshmark refunded me? can you confirm they have also compensated you? that's what they said in an email to me they would do & I want to make sure you don't get any negative marks cuz this is clearly not your fault!
