Hi, Natalie. I'm so sorry the strings broke on two of the buttons. Older items are definitely more fragile, however it was an oversight on my part to not notice they were as fragile as they were. I deeply apologize for that. Please let me know if I can make it up to you by offering a steep discount on another order.
