Hi! I'm Nathalie. I worked as a fashion buyer for many years, traveling the world!! I have an eye for nice things and LOVE shopping but my closet is now too full and after having a baby, many things are now too small. Some things have barely been worn, I never put clothes in the dryer (even for my son) and we have a smoke free home. Thanks for stopping by! charheaman Can you help me pls. A new buyer purchased an item then decided she wanted to bundle. So I canceled her first item so we could proceed with creating a bundle. The original item still says sold even though I received a msg saying the order was cancelled. What do I need to do to get that item freed to sell again?

natpelchat @charheaman the only thing you can do is to list again that item. I had to do the same when I had to cancel a sale, the item marks as sold and there is no option to change that. Hope that helps. Best, Nat

natpelchat @charheaman yes, share the item to her specifically. When you hit share, search for her. Or ask her to like it and in the bundle you will see her likes. She can also add it herself.

natpelchat @charheaman the few cases I had were very easy to fill comments in the App (I don’t use desktops) and see the other person’s comment. You would go in your Sold item and be able to click on the case review to add a comment. Sorry for not being able to further be of help. Best, Nathalie
