lovelakeerie Hi Nathaniel - Thanks for your purchase! But, I think the same thing is happening with your purchase, from my closet too. I accepted your offer, but I keep getting the message from Poshmark that the mailing label can’t be printed and to check back. I think you might have to contact them and update your address information? I can get your jacket shipped out as early as this afternoon, if this gets resolved this morning. Just let me know. lovelakeerie @cole4321 I am so sorry! I am shipping it tomorrow. I don’t know what is going on with the Poshmark app but I just received the email with your mailing label at 4:14 pm this afternoon. I kept checking my email all day and it came in right before the post office was due to close.

lovelakeerie I just happened to check your profile page when I was packaging up the coat and saw that you had sent me comments. I have been receiving notifications and comments from a tone of other buyers but did some reason, yours were not being sent to me.

lovelakeerie @cole4321 I don’t want you to think that this is normal for my sales. I have sent out over 440 completed sales and I have never seen the Poshmark message that the shipping label can’t be printed and then it gets sent over 24 hours later. This was a first for me. It was so strange.

lovelakeerie @cole4321 And then to have the notifications not showing up. I’m not sure why went wrong on Poshmark’s end and I apologize again for the frustration. I’m just not sure what else I was supposed to though since I didn’t know the status of the return label and I didn’t receive your messages.

lovelakeerie @cole4321 In my 440+ completed sales, more than 350 of them have been 5 star reviews. I am always in constant communication with buyers and you can see that in the reviews that they have left after purchasing an item for me. I am so grateful for these buyers and their reviews and I really appreciate them. I just wanted to share that to explain why this situation is so out of the ordinary for me. This never happens.

lovelakeerie @cole4321 I am planning to go to the post office around 10 am tomorrow morning to drop it off. And, just a heads up, I know that USPS has been having some delays - mostly due to covid and short staffing - but hopefully your package won’t get hung up in those delays! We should both get a status email from Poshmark, if it gets delayed. But, again, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t and that it is on its way to you - right away! 😊
