@angemerry hi again, so it sounds like you might have to pick them up from the post office since they tried to deliver it to you but they couldn’t get access to you. Or schedule a new Filiberto’s when you will be home.

@angemerry I tried calling them to file a claim because on my end it keeps saying they tried to deliver it over a week ago but there is no update on the shipping progress after 05/31. I’m so sorry I have no idea what happened to the package.
