kristinachen83 Hello In the picture it clearly shows marks on the back and the thread isn’t easy to clean unless you take them to a shoe cleaner. They are Louis shoes at a discount so they aren’t going to be 100 percent new as I mentioned in description they were worn. I paid 670 for them retail and wore them a few times but I would never try glue them together bc that would make them worse. When I sent them out they heel was in tact.
