hi nicki! you recently purchased the hawaiin dress from my closet! i got a notification the other day saying you accepted it. however, i just got home and your package was back in my mail box with a sticker stating "unclaimed, return to sender". is your address correct? this is such a bummer, i would love to get you dress to you as quickly as possible!

@lexifusselman -thanks SO much for contacting me. We have a community mailbox in our neighborhood for our street which means for any packages they go into one of the 2 locked key boxes at the bottom.
Well......my husband went to post office to check on situation. Since both boxes were full & our mail person didn’t put a slip in our mail box that there was a package to collect they sent them back to sender. Needless to say we are not happy!!!
I bought that dress for a trip this weekend!

@nm1398 oh my goodness, that is such a bummer!!! i contacted poshmark to see if they could send me a new shipping label, so i can send the dress back to you ASAP! The moment they send me a new shipping label, i will drop off your package at the post office, im so sorry that happened! :((

@lexifusselman weird, I haven’t gotten anything from them. I looked through everything in my settings, notifications ect.
My shipping is the same. It was the darn post office that totally messed up.

Hi there-I just received a package thru poshmark today. Sorry that happened-I still Connor believe that’s how the post office choose to handle our mail. SO frustrating.
