We haven’t heard from you before and you was holding the purse for no reason and taking everyone’s time. That’s not my fault. I was following all the instructions to be able to ship you the earrings. I got a cancellation email yesterday. Order was canceled. I don’t want to go back to post office. Please do not make me a part of this situation.

Post office is pretty good in finding packages, well when they ship them, of course we don’t know how organized is your local post office. But in any case, just have some documentation from them.

quenofdesserts @nicollesandoval this is not how it works. All must be documentation. Verbal conversations doesn’t do a thing. And your post office doing very bad job, not suggesting you to open missing package case. The longer they prolong, the longer we would not see any results finding the package or declaring it lost, and once that is done posh has to refund us both.

I am not waiting till 10th I know post office rules. So yesterday , Monday evening I filed missing package report with USPS , by calling them.. I received first correspondance, a few hrs later. And should get some answers within 48-72 hrs,

I gave them case # since I filed missing package report yesterday. So he said that it does take around 2 weeks to investigate… well unless they find the package, we will have to wait until they completed.i haven’t heard from post office today, but when I filed the case, it takes 24-72 hrs, to get some info

They don’t usually obligated to do search until request is submitted? I opened one yesterday so if you talked to them today they should have told you that .

quenofdesserts @nicollesandoval HI JUST GOT MESSAGE FROM POST OFFICE. “We investigated your package inquiry, and the carrier left a notice for the package to be picked up. However, the package is at the Downtown Plaza station at 660 J st, Sacramento, CA 95814, not at Royal Oaks Post Office. Once a package is transferred from Royal Oaks Post Office to Downtown Plaza, the package would need to be picked up from Downtown Plaza Post Office.

quenofdesserts @nicollesandoval or better than you call ask for a manager, or get name of the manager and request to leave the message regarding your case to the manager. if it’s not available . and name who you are talking to, Also make sure that they realize that they are at fault and you are not happy, and tell them MAKE SURE HOLD IT AND NOT MESSED UP AGAIN. You have to be polite but strict.

They told me that many times the people in charge of delivering the packages don't take them off the car, but tomorrow I'll try again. quenofdesserts @nicollesandoval Nicole there is difference talking to post office and filing report. They can tell you anything, but once report is filed they have to investigate. I gave you report filling number tell them that investigation was done and the package should be at that post office. Again ask for a manager

This is official letter, it’s contract, it’s in writing. I don’t know how far is royal oaks post office, thats there the package is transferred from. When you call give them not a tracking # but case number.

You will see that it’s official USPS report/ investigation. Just follow my instructions, and you will get through.
