Hey dear I'm so sorry about what happened with that sweater, was the package wet at all? I'm worried that it got damaged during shipping. I sent it dry and clean but it might have gotten wet and started to smell. Either way I'm sorry that it arrived to you in a bad condition, you have to reshape and stretch the sweater every time you wash it (which is partly why it shrunk for me). Hope that helps, and I hope you still like it/will wear it. Again I'm really sorry about how it arrived to you :(
