Yes, for now the only way to communicate on on a profile listing or on an item listing. It's unfortunate, as I wish there was a PM option, but I think they like to keep everything visible for transparency & honesty reasons.

No problem. You could also create a listing for $0 (Not for Sale) to have chat logs in...Now that I think of it, I should do that lol. Any time it gets too long, delete it and start a new one! :D You just helped me out!!!

@erin_lynn1517 no worries! I have 3 dogs myself and have had to pay damages on few items from my local library on their account (thankfully they've mostly grown out of that)! I see that you must have gotten the refunding worked out with some help from posh. Sorry I was offline all day with school. I just checked my email and saw the messages about the damage and refund from Poshmark. Be well, I'll be watching your closet for more DW stuff!

@hannahercolini just opened package to find the big tapestry and the green bralette both have stains :( So when I went to "accept" in the app I noted there was an issue but this is my first time having to use that feature as I've not had problems before. I was going to write to you next since this is uncharted territory for me!

@mamasmiley888 woah no way!? Where were the stains on the bralettes and what color are the stains? To be honest I think I accidentally sent you my personal tapestry if it has green stains on it!! I was taking photos of mine for someone and I opened yours from the packaging and I think I got them mixed up! Oh I feel so bad I had soooo many packages to send this weekend and I had so much school work because of finals :(

@hannahercolini on the bralette it looks like oil maybe and it's right on the front in the middle and goes through to the lining. The tapestry has 7 or so reddish-brown spots across the middle and about another quarter of the way across. And the spotting shows on both sides of the tapestry. :-/

@hannahercolini I don't see a way to cancel the order inquiry thing 😕 I'm not sure what happened either but it seemed unusual given that you noticed a flaw last minute on the sequined bralette and included something to compensate (which speaks to your honesty as a seller).

@hannahercolini If you have another tapestry like that one (or even another beach throw that I've liked), a replacement/exchange would be fine . Or if you want to look at my likes in your closet/boutique and find something close in value for one or both items, that'd be fine as replacement(s). And I'm happy to return the stained stuff or send you pics or whatever is needed. Like I said, my first time getting anything not as described in its listing so I wasn't sure what to do!

@hannahercolini I think it might easiest to return everything. I don't want to keep some things and not others since I imagine a return label also initiates a return of funds and that would be an unfair situation to you, the seller. I guess I can repurchase the things I really want later on.

Can’t wait to see more items in your closet! 💗Ur off to a great start! Tips I learned: take pics during the sunny time of the day with plenty of indirect sunlight in room. Wreath hook on door with item hung on hanger. Laying item on a sheet, floor etc. Iron/steam wrinkled items! Wrap sold items in tissue paper, send thank you note. Share every single item in ur closet every single day! Ship in24 hrs.🌺follow others and share a few of their items too! H💗ppy P💗shing
