Hi, Nora. I’m so so sorry to hear there was a problem with the strap. They sat in my closet for months and I haven’t worn them. I had no idea there would be a problem or I never would have listed them. I’m so sorry and so embarrassed. Can I either buy these shoes back from you or send you money for the repair?

Hi Kristin, I do appreciate your reply. The condition looks great otherwise and I assumed you did not know the strap was loose but it I admit it was frustrating. Luckily I was wearing them around the house when it happened. I took them to the repair shop today and he is re-gluing straps on both shoes to ensure they hold up. It would not be fair to charge you for both and you did give me a good price so I’m fine. I do appreciate your response.

@jackablo Thank you for your understanding. I’ve been upset about this. I don’t ever want anyone to think I sold them junk. I hope once they’re fixed you get a lot of wear out of them.
