Hi Noreen, I’m sorry but I mailed the dress on my way into work this morning. If you contact Poshmark, they will do a one time refund and send you a mailing label to their headquarters. When you receive the dress you can return to them. Sometimes the Buy Now button is pushed accidentally and one doesn’t realize it until after the 3 hours has passed. I assume this happened to you. I admit I think I’ve done it as well. Best wishes! Jane

@agentlewoman thank you, Jane. I appreciate the instructions for return, refund. I recently experienced a security breach so I hope you understand my concern. I don't recall viewing your item which was also my concern. I've contacted Poshmark and they are slow to offer your return instructions. I'll pursue and you'll receive your return item. Thanks again.

@nshiroma No problem at all! I just wrote a book on our order… I really think it’s a robot answering questions on our order (especially from their answer about it being in transit!!). So I hope I answered questions.

When it happened to me, I contacted Poshmark support on the site (not order). They were able to tell the purchase was made “on a device I had used on past purchases”. I realized I had probably accidentally hit “buy now”. I went back looking at things and realized how easy it was to do. Now I check “my purchases” quite frequently!!!! Lol!

Anyway, Poshmark was very fair, and let me do a one-time return. They credited my account once they received the item. I do believe I had to pay postage though. Anyway, we will get it sorted out! If Poshmark doesn’t come through for you, let me know and we will work it out. Have a great day!
