Hello! I saw your rating and I wanted to let you know that I did ship the item the day it was sold and it says it was delivered 5 days ago at 6:22pm. I also have a physical receipt from the post office. You do have the correct address on your shipping? Or have you contacted the post office?

@jessi1448 i have tried to contact the post office with no luck. That is so weird there is no trace of it. Does Poshmark protect against something like this? I’m so sad 😢

@oliveylou no it was post office. Usps. I physically dropped it off. If you put in the tracking number it’ll show you the tracking history. I’m sure you have done that though.

@oliveylou no problem! They’re website is acting weird for filing claim so I’m calling, wait time will be 40 mins but I will send you any information I receive as well if they give me a claim number. I really hope they can get it solved for you. And if not at least get you refunded 😣😣😣 I’ve been on your end before and it’s not fun.

@oliveylou I was able to submit a claim online. The claim number is 7840280 and it’s linked to the tracking number. I’m also still on hold to talk to someone.

@oliveylou Okay, I just got off the phone with the postal office, the claim code they gave me over the phone was 28235965. She said it was delivered to the correct address and to check if anyone in the household received the item (which i'm sure you did if you are living with someone -I told her that.) She said she will send the claim over to get reviewed it and see exactly where, how and when it was delivered through the driver. She said it will take 2-3 business days to get back to me.

@oliveylou But still see what Poshmark can do for you because im sure they have buyer protection for circumstances like this. I will keep you posted on any updates I get. Thanks for your trust in my word and I hope this gets resolved quickly

@oliveylou usps got back to me in an email. It said “After conducting my investigation your package was scanned delivered at the delivery address which was confirmed by the GEO location provided by the scanner.” Maybe it was stolen then ☹️
