sheenab26 I am so sorry that your cardigan had a rip! Was your packaging damaged at all?! I'm wondering if something happened in shipping since your package was also missing for a few days.. The cardigan is brand new from a boutique wholesaler, and never left the hanger in my items closet until it was shipped.. I looked it over and everything! If you'd like to send it back, we can work something out.
