hello. i have submitted a USPS service case request for the shipment. I waited on hold for about an hour and finalized talked to someone and they are going to look i to it and respond within 2 days. I have documentation of the case and a case # i can share with you #43426665 USPS customer support will work with the local post office in Iowa to resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully this will be solved soon!
