missionposhable @pattipartington um... yeah. Me too 🙄. It’s fun but boy I’ve had to careful... so many amazing clothes! The only recommendation I can make is try to bundle... the shipping costs add up. I have learned to try to buy at least three items. I make a bundle and offer a price I think is fair. They can always say no 😬. But you’ll find that doesn’t happen a lot. Aaaand now I have a lot of new great clothes! Have fun!

pattipartington @missionposhable I don't think I understand the bundling process .. I added two things to bundle with one seller .. then bid on one .. n never got both.. can you explain that process

missionposhable @pattipartington ok, so you created a bundle of two items and only received one? You need to contact the seller - that was a sender error. They perhaps forgot to include both... check her closet to see if the item is still listed. Then, check your purchases... your purchases will show what is in each bundle in a list. It may have been a simple oversight.

missionposhable Or perhaps you added an item to a bundle that was not for sale. Items can be listed, but some are reserved if the seller is holding it back for some reason. But, first look at your purchases. They are in the app or the desktop interface. Make sure the items in the bundle were actually for sale. Then contact the seller ...

missionposhable To find your purchases, double tap on your closet name in the lower right hand side tool bar... @yourclosetname. That will bring up your sales, stats, purchases, likes etc.

pattipartington @missionposhable I just don't understand how you bundle things .. both items were for sale. I added both items to a bundle ... the purchased one after adding them both to a bundle.. I saw they were bundled then I went to purchase but only one got purchased .. I sent her a message regarding this but she never responded ...I think I must have done something wrong but can't figure out what do I've stayed clear of bundling

missionposhable @pattipartington yes I agree it’s a bit confusing... however, recently I had a new user publish two items from my closet in two separate purchases... she had to pay shipping twice ☹️. Also, when you bundle, you can negotiate a better price. Most folks give deep discounts for bundling. I avoid buying from closets where I only buy one item... the shipping costs annoy me. 😬

missionposhable @pattipartington But - if you only want one thing, before buying, make an “offer” - that initiates a negotiation process, and you can factor in your shipping costs to your offer. However, if you create a bundle, wait for a day or so, they will likely make an offer, thereby giving you a reference point to start from

missionposhable @pattipartington The simplest way to create a bundle is to let the seller do it for you 😊. Typically, if you tap the heart on an item... tap whatever items you want to buy... the seller will go in and create a bundle for you. This is called “styling” you.

missionposhable @pattipartington when you tap more than one heart (liking the item) a good seller will understand you have a buying interest. If you tap several (the heart will go to red) the buyer will often create a bundle and make an offer, often 10% off and a shipping discount. If someone buys a lot from my closet, I just pay the shipping. You can always counter any offer 😊
