kathysgifts Hello Patti, sorry that I declined your offer, this item is already more than $42.00 off the retail price. Sad to say it is also much less than what I paid when I ordered it wholesale from the factory in 1996. I paid $30 plus shipping. This skirt sold back 90's for $69.95 I went through a very bad rough patch with the economy being so down and had no choice to close my store. I am at a huge loss on all my listing. I am sorry I can't see trying to compete with thrift stores. Thanks anyway.
