@zsazsakranes Hi!! I just received the jacket and it’s a perfect fit and I love it however I was extremely disappointed it has a cigarette odor.
I want to remove the tags and wash it. However if the smell remains I cannot keep it. Will you take it back if the smell will not come out OR would you rather I send it back without removing the tag and washing it? I feel if I wash it , it should be fine. The chance the smell does not come out I do not want to be out $115. :(

@zsazsakranes Thank you. I gave you a 5-star review because I didn’t want to put about the cigarette odor. Everything else , including your willingness to take it back after I washed it was perfect. I did not read your profile very good and I am not sure if you list that it is not a smoke free environment. If not you should. It’s important. On a bright note I love my jacket! 💜 Take care!

@sassy288 Thank you so much for everything. My husband and I actually don't smoke, and normally the house is smoke free. But he's been having card card nights here and I that has caused the issue. Thank goodness it's one I can fix. Thank you again so much for your consideration & kindness & just everything. These past months have been so trying, it uplifts me to interact with someone so positive.
