paula_donato @tinyclosetinspo Thank you kindly. I did go in the profile a couple of days ago and it doesn't save full address. Only asks Location and zip. Weird. I reached out to customer service about this and stated that I had a window before package sent to correct. Well didn't know until at CSps so I told them how to go about it. So confusing on the apps directory to find messages and couldn't understand how to get n touch and reply. Sorry I confused the address. It's definitely a learning experience.

tinyclosetinspo @paula_donato The system is not very user friendly when there is a problem. Looks like I will have to check with my post office tomorrow and see if they can change the address. It says the item is ‘shipped’ and because it’s in that status, I can’t reprint the label. Hopefully we can resolve this soon. I’ll keep you posted.
