tree2175 Hi! I wanted to let you know that I’m so sorry! I switched the labels on two sales I made the same day and sent you a Tiffany necklace instead of your Gucci bag! It was chaos in the post office and totally my mistake. Again, I’m so very sorry. Would you be open to printing a label and sending the necklace to the correct buyer if they did the same for you to send your bag? I’m hoping if yes, that Poshmark will allow this.

peri_rosenzweig @tree2175 sure that’s fine, let me know if you’re able to send the label. If not I can just ship to them if you’re able to reimburse me for shipping costs. The bag is a gift so would be amazing if they’re able to get it here as fast as possible :)

tree2175 @peri_rosenzweig ok thank you for understanding. Poshmark said they were going to reach out to you about correcting the issue. Can you please Lmk if you see anything from them and yes - I would totally reimburse you if you sent it. The woman who has the bag was agreeable to sending it to you as well and was very responsive so I would hope we can figure it out quickly. Thanks again.

peri_rosenzweig @tree2175 I got a message from poshmark saying that you sent me the wrong item and once I receive the order and confirm that I got the wrong item, to open an item as not described case and that once I did so you would be able to resolve the issue. I just got the package today. Let me know if you want me to do this through the app or if you want to give me her address and have me to just send to her and you can reimburse me.
