caitlynnbergero Hey there! I shipped your bikini last week and just received a notification that it is being rerouted to me... have you ever had issues with your address/receiving packages from Poshmark? I'm very confused as to what's going on. It's the first time this happens to me.

polynag @caitlynnbergero no, never. I was on vacation but back since Monday. But I even received packages while I was away and my brother saved them for me. Can you contact Poshmark and ask? They didn’t send me any message that there was a problem. Unless postman sent it to wrong house and that person returned to sender ??

They said they rerouted it either because package was overweight and needed more postage (I highly doubt it !!) or address was illegible or something like that. I agree sounds bizarre. Let’s see what they answer you. Maybe part of the label came off or it was stuck on crooked and obscured part of the bar code ? Let’s see. Don’t worry it will get sorted out 😎

caitlynnbergero @polynag Thank you! I sent an enquiry to Poshmark but I also went to Canada Post and am chatting with a rep now. The package was not heavy at all, so I'm not sure what happened. The rep from CP told me it looks like it was delivered to your community mailbox today and could not explain why we both received the "item being rerouted" notification. They have opened a "service ticket" to hopefully locate the parcel & find the issue if it is not there. Please let me know if the package turns up. :)

They've responded to the enquiry and stated that their system somehow interpreted the tracking as being rerouted because we actually live quite close to one another. They said it actually did not come back to me and should have been delivered to your mailbox today. 🙂 My sincerest apologies for all the confusion. I hope this is the case!
