@bwjposh hi just an up date post office must be backed up because they haven't scanned order yet u should get tracking info soon i mailed yesterday and it still says pending so just did not want u to worry or anything. should be scanned by tonight i would think🤔so anyhow have a good night💛

Hi Allison, I just received my necklace and it’s beautiful - but there’s about a 1/4 in chip missing from the left lower part of the wing. It was like that when I took it out of the package. I tried to look in the packing to see if I could find the chip snd possibly glue it back in place but can’t find it. If you can tell me how to do it I can try to send you a picture of it. Do you have another one like it? I really do like the necklace! Thanks, Barbara

its not chipped thats how it is its supposed to be to be gold and the other side is like an outline of the wing that's the style of pendant it is it's like a vintage style rustic distressed pendant

your talking about the corner bottom left wing correct? theses pendants arent symmetrical on each side they have their own little flaws but that's how it's supposed to be if you're talking about the bottom Wing left side and it's a little gold color versus the other side if that's not a chip that's how it had that's how it looks it's hard to tell in the picture that I took but that is how it's supposed to be

The whole corner is chipped off - 1/4 in of the tip - it’s an obvious chip - it has a sharp edge - I took it out of the box, walked down the hall to see if it matched a top, walked back down the hall and put it on - I looked down I saw the missing corner. I’ve looked thru the packaging and swept the entire area I walked to see if I could find the chip. - I didn’t drop it or hit it against anything. I wish I could send you a picture so you can see. Can you repair a chip?
