kathieg333 Hello. I received your one star rating on my brand new Bucco Noela boots. I'm sorry you did not like them. They are not cheap online boots as you said. They were purchased new in the box at a store and were well photographed and described. I advertised them fairly that they were faux suede as many boots are. I sold the second pair to another buyer and she loved them! I shipped them promptly and they were well packaged. I don't believe I deserved one star.
