boodarling I'm sorry you were disappointed in any way. 😓 I wish more questions were asked in order to prevent such. I'm quite bummed & taken by surprise that I was given such a harsh rating. 💔 The color is hard to capture in pictures, so I did my best & listed it as a red/pink due to the stitching. The fabric is supposed to look worn/broken in for that vintage, rugged style. Mudd is known for that kind of edgy, preworn vibe.

boodarling As for pet hair, I do apologize, I work for an Animal Shelter, therefore it is difficult to eliminate all fur, especially during spring time with a Husky. I will keep a more diligent eye out for that in the future, I wouldn't be surprised if one of my fosters slept on the gift paper the night before i packed it up. Once again, i apologize and wish i could do more. 😔

kmeshoppe @boodarling I feel like a ratfink. I ordered several of these used MUDD tops as I already own several and really like them. I know what you mean by broken in, but this top appears more than that. That said, animals are my life's joy and that you work for a shelter and have a husky makes me so sorry cause that kind of stuff matters way more. If I can cancel my rating, I will but I don't know how? Your top is perhaps the third or fourth transaction I have ever done with Poshmark. Please advise me?

kmeshoppe PS Part of this could be my fault. I thought there were two tops for sale, one pink and the other red. I did not realize it was the same top, different pics. Also I did try to contact you before I purchased it, but there didn't seem to be any easy way to do that. Again, quite possible my bad. My computer kept locking up in that effort. It actually locked up quite often shopping around Poshmark, kind of weird. So again, I will delete my rating if you can tell me how? Peace :-)

boodarling @kmeshoppe i noticed you can go into your tab, down to the 'purchases' box, and it'll take you to a page of everything you bought. Click on the item & at the bottom it'll have a EDIT RATING button. And you can alter previous ratings. 🙂
