bohogirly Hi! I had a box I thought would work to keep the reindeers box protected but I’m not confident it’s big enough to keep him from getting damaged. I want to use bubble wrap and peanuts so he doesn’t get broken. I may need to push the ship date to Monday. If you want to cancel after that I completely understand. 🌸

mybelle1226 @shansanju they are both in very good condition. Pictures should show condition of both. I shipped them using the label for the Pitcher in one box. Don’t worry when you see the mug isn’t tracking. They both have original boxes and I padded the shipping well. I just realized the mug isn’t tracking and also let Poshmark know how I shipped them.

bohogirly Hi! I am just reaching out to apologize for not shipping out the Reindeer in time. I had shipped the other one out and was extremely concerned they wouldn't arrive without damage. I wasn’t sure if you realized since you purchased the Pitcher and the Mug individually, that receipt of the mug needs to be accepted individually from the Pitcher by you. (Even though I shipped them to you in one box using only the Pitcher shipping label). Thanks and I know you will enjoy them. They are mint pieces. 💖💝

davpier @shansanju.....Hi, Thank you for your purchase of the Mackenzie-Childs set. I'm running into an issue with the shipping that I am making you aware. This purchase is eligible for their Posh Authenticate program. That means they want me to send the dishes to them for authentication and then they will ship to you. I'm fine with that since they are authentic.

davpier @shansanju cont...However I am running into an issue since they gave me a shipping label that only goes up to 10lbs shipping. All of these dishes come to 32lbs. I have created a support ticket to poshmark on next steps. Thanks

davpier davpier @shansanju Hi....here was Poshmark's response: "Poshmark doesn't support delivering any order that weighs over 10 lbs. At this moment we request you to cancel the order and notify the buyer." I'm so sorry for this confusion.
