Hi I shipped out ur coat days ago I contacted the post office and they said that USPS has been slow to scan things but it has for sure been picked up and in shipment process

I need to return the coat to you. It's not what i was expecting at all. The material looks very cheap and it is very big for a size 36. It doesn't even have a size tag on it. Please let me know how to proceed with the return. Thanks.
