@maureengo2 hi! I just tried again and it’s still saying there’s an issue with your address. No worries, I sent a message to posh Mark so hopefully they can help us out. Sorry about the issues but you know none of their hyperlinks in the emails i’m getting from them are working. So each time you message me I have to go to Google and sign in because the hyperlink does nothing. I put my correct address in to begin with but when you told me it needed correcting and I went back in today my name and street address were both missing. Seem to be a lot of glitches.

@maureengo2 no worries. Again, I haven’t seen this before so maybe it’s a weird system problem. Their response email says they will respond in 24 hrs or so due to Covid. They always respond so we’ll see what they say! You won’t be disappointed with this item! 😀

@maureengo2 Hi! Yes! I shipped it! Sometimes it takes the post office a minute to scan it but then it catches up in the app. I got the notice that said I needed to send it but already had. It will show up I promise! Sorry this is your first experience with the app. It’s usually not a problem. And hoping the mail doesn’t take forever as it has been lately!!

@ellie22315 Thank you for clarifying. Yes - it’s still not showing as shipped yet on my end. Strange that the app is having multiple problems across systems. I keep wondering if this has something to do with the hacking we’re hearing about.

@maureengo2 Yes, not sure. I shipped it days ago but I have seen the shipping update lag before. I didn’t click that I’d plan to ship within 1-2 days because I already sent it Tuesday or Wednesday. But I’ll click it anyway. I’ve never had a package not arrive

@maureengo2 I’ve emailed posh again. I also checked with the post office and they are claiming delays because of Covid. I hope you understand and will not withdraw your purchase. I know it will get there and it’s just a shipping issue. I really appreciate your patience. This item is new and has never been used in the original box. Thanks you 😊

None of the hyperlinks that you send me in emails work and Ellie even had trouble with my mailing address although I inputted it correctly into my profile and it appeared to be correct. Are you folks having issues????? The teapot arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what she said it was. Please pay her!!!!!

@ellie22315 You’re my only order on Poshmark. So it shouldn’t be rocket science for them to figure out but seeing their system I guess maybe I should’ve spelled it out. I’ve never made another purchase on Poshmark. And as soon as you get paid I’m unsubscribing.

I dont know what their problem is I’ve never had this problem The only problem I have ever had is when I ship an item it doesn’t show up right away like it did with us with the post office, and then it shows up like it did with us.I don’t know what that is because once I ship it it’s out of my control.it ships but does not show you or me. thanks for being patient because clearly there’s something wrong that they have done. I’m just glad you like it

@ellie22315 I just want to make sure that you are paid. They just responded back and said that they could see that I didn’t have the option to accept my order because I checked out as a guest. But I didn’t, I checked out through their system and my account. I have a feeling that I signed up and then placed my order with you so quickly my account didn’t register in time. @ellie22315 Franz, Alpine Strawberry by Roy Kirkland. Those 2 for myself. Other whimsical but much cheaper tea pots for our farm teas. People break things so i couldn’t buy those 2 for the teas and I have lots of floral antique tea cups, so i usually look for solid white tea pots. Think Godinger & Co. I can find those for $10-$15 each and they’re quite ornate with the Floral appliqués.
