I reached out to Posh support last night. I’m scheduled to leave out of town today. Worse case scenario, I’ll have to ship from another state. They may contact you. trinitystresor @kathleensdavies I’ll be back in CA this wknd. I was in a mtg re: resolving this issue. The Posh sellers said I have to wait for Posh support to instruct me about my next step. I emailed support on 4/1. They will tell you what to do with the wrong belt. They will provide you with a return label so you can send back the belt. Once I get it back, I will ship the BRIGHTON belt. Sorry for the mistake. And I really appreciate your patience while we resolve this mix-up. Thnx!

trinitystresor @kathleensdavies Thanks for the update! I’ve waited for Poshmark support to respond. More than 4 business have passed and they still haven’t responded. At this point, I’m thinking I’ll go ahead and mail you the belt once I get back home. It’ll be Monday at the earliest. I’m so sorry. It’s so disappointing.

trinitystresor @kathleensdavies I still haven’t heard from them. I’m still in AZ on business. I will be bringing up this issue with other Posh Ambassadors during our Zoom mtg today and at another virtual mtg tmrw. Someone told me to reach out to their administrators through Twitter and Instagram and bring this matter to their attention. I’ll see what happens. I’ll be heading back to CA Sunday AM. My apologies for the mix-up ans delayed shipping.
