100shop @tball1961 Teresa I received the cosmetic cabinet today and I am SO UPSET!!! I waited patiently for almost a month!! I received it BROKEN!! I could see it must not have been wrapped or protected properly-the bubble wrap wasn’t even wrapped around it when I opened the box! I am very very UPSET because I passed up other opportunities waiting patiently for you to send this one. This one was the color I wanted. Hi am just SO DISAPPOINTED I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! ☹️☹️ I can send it pictures

tball1961 @100shop I am so sorry I even had the postman at the post office pack it for me so that this very thing would not happen. I will contact Poshmark about giving you a refund. Please know that I didn’t send it broke. I would never do that. Being new on here I value my reputation. Again I am sorry and will contact Poshmark to make it right. Sincerely Teresa

100shop @tball1961 Well I don’t believe that you sent it broke. I am upset because I had other opportunities to get this same one (white) But are Sold. I really needed this! I don’t know how I could get you pictures. I am pretty new at Posh too. I purchased a few items in March and last month. I don’t know what you plan on doing with this cabinet. I suppose I could somehow glue it together. But of course it wouldn’t have much value then. I would be willing to pay you something for it. Let me know.

100shop @tball1961 Also I thought I seen somewhere that when you shipped it - it was insured up to $100 - not sure if it’s just for lost items ?? I really don’t know how that works. But I guess you could look into it Maybe you could get paid for your cabinet?

tball1961 @100shop I already contacted Poshmark of course I had to fill out a form to explain what happened there no such thing as just calling them. They are supposed to get back to me within 24 hours. I will keep you updated.

100shop @tball1961 Yes unfortunately gone are the days of calling and talking to someone on the phone! Once in a while you can. Well yes please let me know. They send me a message when I receive an item- and I am supposed to click that I received it and they would release funds. I haven’t done that. Also I guess there is a place for me to report it broken too. I just contacted you first.
