mkanderson111 @pyork809 As a seller you may cancel an order/sale before it is shipped at your discretion. You have to go to the order in "My Sales", select "Problems/Order Inquiry", select "Cancel Order" and then select the reason for cancelation.

mkanderson111 @pyork809 then the order hasn't been completed. That explains why it still shows the product as available and not sold. You should be able to accept/counter my offer since the other buyer is having payment issues because the sale is not complete. When a Buyer makes an offer to a Seller, Poshmark has already secured payment because it is a binding deal if the Seller accepts.
