sassylola73 @beverley148 Hi! I'm new to poshmark and didn't really know how to bring up the non-working zipper. If I didn't go about it the correct way, I apologize. I don't feel it's right that I request a refund. I still have the purse afterall. If you have any ideas about how to camouflage an open zipper, that would be great! I really like a lot of merchandise that you have on here! I like your style.
