Stacy, I am so sorry. I was packing your pitcher up this morning and noticed it was cracked. Don’t know when or how that happened in storing it or what. I had to cancel your order. I never want a disappointed customer nor do I ever want to send damaged product. Again sorry for both of us in this case.
