Hi thank you for letting me know. I received a return label from Poshmark & was told I would get a refund. I do still want the shoe however. I just want to make sure we are able to make the swap correctly. Also, I would really love to have the shoe by Friday/Saturday so if you could send them in time for them to ship by then that would be great!

@mjb244 poshmark has not sent me any other shipping label so I have been unable to send the right boots. They are boxed up and ready for shipping. I have contacted support and thought the shipping label would possibly come when the return delivered to me but it did not (the return arrived today). I will let you know what poshmark says in response to my inquiry. I cannot send any package as I do not have your address or anything without a poshmark label.

i received a response from poshmark. they informed me that they do not do exchanges and if you would like the boots you will have to repurchase. they give the refund for the initial mistake but will not release items for free from poshers.
