laurafay You are correct- we profoundly apologize and your order will be shipped tomorrow. In the future, make sure you check your order within 3 days. After the third day, Poshmark marks the order “ complete” and it’s not possible to exchange or get a refund. Since you mailed the order back to me, I can see we made an error and will rectify this….
