Hey I just saw your review and the comments of cleanliness. The boots were new, in the box with the tags. You purchased on Friday night and I shipped on Monday as my post office closes very early Saturday and I missed the cut off. The item description came directly from Timberland. I like to make sure my customers are happy with their purchase. Can you please tell me how I could have made this purchase experience better for you?

I just saw your rating and I'm a little confused. You purchased the jacket on Saturday night and I mailed it out to you first thing on Monday morning. Also, the jacket was accurately described in the listing and packed nicely in a garment envelope, that is how main retailers ship out their garments. I'm sorry that I did not accept your initial low offer. If you're unhappy with the quality and the service, I will be happy to refund you your money when you ship me the return.
