Hey Priscilla!
Thank you for your purchase of the fun fur flip flops. When I pulled them out for shipping- they looked small to be a 9 1/2 to me. I my wear a size 7 1/2 and when I tried them on they fit me pretty good. Although they say 9 1/2 on the bottom - I do not believe that is accurate. The bottom of the sole measures @ 9 3/4”. Before I ship these - I wanted to make sure that they were going to be the right size for you. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
