555madison Hi hon - I'm so very sorry that was like that! I really didn't notice it when I packaged it. What part is broken - the claw clasp? If I knew I could have replaced it before I sent it. I do make some jewelry and should have a clasp.

syndeydes Hi! thanks for buying my hydro flask boot :) I put it in the mail the day after you purchased but to this day I have not received a notification that it's been scanned... I contacted poshmark support and I'm waiting for a response but it is possible that its on the way to you without tracking.
