Hi. The Cache long gown is definitely a bright royal blue made of 100% silk with polyester/silk lining Made in India. My underbust measurements are 33" around my back. There are no stains or flaws that I have seen. Worn 1x there are soft cups in each breast area. All beading is seen on perfectly. Not been dry cleaned. Lighter blue is lining.

I have the dress on in one of the pics. However, I have a wider back towards my shoulders and can not get it zipped entirely.
