Thank you and I really appreciate your understanding! I have messaged the other person and Poshmark SEVERAL times and no one has responded. So, I don't know how she is returning it. I thought the same as you, that if you put return to sender that you wouldn't have to pay to send it back. And I'm thinking that you can do that. I have to go to the post office in the morning so I am going to find out how to do that and I will let you know as soon as I know!

The other person is waiting on a shipping label from Poshmark and said as soon as she gets it she will return the package to me. Yes, they will email it to you. If I'm not mistaken, I think you have to go to order inquiry and then I think you have to choose a reason, like seller sent wrong item or something like that. Let me know if that is what we need to do.

@moosemax Hi :) OK, Anna w/Posh contacted me. They said Do Not Accept Package because the funds would be released and then they could not refund it back. She said to open a case inquiry saying item is not what we ordered. Seller put shipping labels on wrong boxes. Send pictures of what “we did order” picture of box that we did received! They will look into it and we do not need to do anything else. They will send us a return shipping label.

No problem, I just got an email saying you opened a case so we're good. Yea, they kinda take their time doing stuff like this. I requested a new label for each of the purchases and they kept sending me emails asking for information that I had already sent. so hopefully they will get the label to you soon!

@moosemax OMG !!!! Ok I received another request from Posh 😖 they said to submit “clear/non-blurry” pictures! I just sent the same pictures again. I doubled looked at them, they are not blurry! I don’t know how or if they did receive blurry ones. I’m just so frustrated! Again, I will keep you posted.

@moosemax OK, Are you setting down? I received another email request from Posh saying that they had requested “clear pictures of incorrect item”! This time and my 1st time I actually Opened the box carefully to take additional picture of the item and sent it attached to THAT EMAIL and through the Posh App! All the other times, the pictures showed the size of the box and shape and on the box itself has the dimension that clearly prove that SHOES can NOT fit into that size box!

@moosemax hi !!! I think that is what is gonna need to happen! These KC shoes do NOT show under your listing anymore! If I look under my listing of purchases, it shows canceled, but I can click on it, and it shows SOLD! So I think you will need to make a New Listing for them and YES I still want them!!!! I have seen listing that are made for a BUYER Only, so if you can put my name on it, I will grab it.

I shipped your purse yesterday however it has not been scanned by USPS yet. I wanted you to know to be on the look out for the package. I am not sure why the barcode was not scanned by them. She got depressed, anxiety, and so much more like A Lot of us. And it was meant for Moms, but, we have kids now and even Dads show up to skate! They are not actual members, but they are not turned away!!!
