lillieolivia I believe what may have happened is that he skipped scanning yours for whatever reason. I’ve actually received packages that, according to the Posh tracking info, has never been shipped. lillieolivia @rsincl5009 I truly hope I don’t disappoint. So bags like this one, think of it as skin (yuck) lol! Skin needs emollients and so does natural leather. Since this baby has been in transit for a while, just like skin, it can become parched. I you received it when you were supposed to, it would not be patched. Using the bag, and picking up natural oils from you, keeps that patina going.

lillieolivia @rsincl5009 When it comes in, put a little canola oil on a soft cloth to revive the patina. Do this maybe once a week for a few weeks. You’ll put it away at some point. When you start using it again, do the same. You won’t believe your eyes!
