rae1000 @retrorandy hi - sorry for delayed reply - opened package tonight and without even opening the inner bag, there is a really strong odor of mold/mildew - would like to return this - knew it was not new, but moldy is a problem

retrorandy @rae1000 good evening Rae, sounds like it's a problem with a recycled shipping box which I strongly apologize! The actual sweater has always been in Sunny California with no issue of mold or mildew.. I would be willing to compensate, with a credit of 10% towards dry cleaning. I try and recycle boxes but sometimes as with this it's not worth it, I truly am sorry.

rae1000 @skatemcnamara Thank you for fast shipment. I was sick in bed most of this week and just opened the box today. The boots are in amazing condition and are so beautiful , but they are not a size 10. I cannot wear these, as I wear US L 10 in Martens. Let me know how we should proceed.

skatemcnamara @rae1000 Hi Rachel! Oh wow! I am truly sorry. I was surprised when I read your comment. Which forced me to go back and look at the size chart for Dr. Martens. As it turns out, it was truly an honest error on my part. I had showed the photo of the size on the boots in my listing, saying EU 41/UK 7 - which I thought were a women’s US 10. Upon further research, they are, in fact, women’s size 9 US.

skatemcnamara I’ve never had an issue with a sale before, so I have reached out to Poshmark to inquire how to proceed. From the FAQs, it appears that you may have to open a return request on your end. I am happy to cooperate in whatever way possible to facilitate getting this resolved. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I hear from Poshmark and we can go from there.

skatemcnamara Do you want to reach out to them to see if they will resolve it? If not, I’m not sure what we can do. Maybe you can ship them back to me and I will Ven-mo you a refund....I feel terrible about this!

I hate to list them and have you buy them, because then we are both going to lose a chunk of the cost to Poshmark when there was no actual sale involved.
